What data we process when you use the forms on plauktins.eu and our machines, and why.
Who we are
The controller is SIA Spontriva, brand Plauktiņš. Questions about your data: info@plauktins.eu.
Forms on this site
For a request, complaint or review we process what you type (name, e-mail or phone, company, address, message, attached files), plus the language, the IP address and the browser name to keep spam out. We use the data only to answer and handle your request. A review is published only if you allow it, and without contact details.
Purchases
A receipt holds the products, amounts, payment method and the last 4 digits of the card, not your name. If you type an e-mail at the screen for the receipt, it is used only to send that receipt and erased after the retention period (30 days by default). App users get receipts at their account e-mail.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept while it is needed to handle the request and the legal duties around it, then erased.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure at info@plauktins.eu. You may also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
